Mr. Horsley has over 17 years of public markets experience focused on finance, investor relations, marketing, management and merger & acquisitions. Mr. Horsley has served as a director and a consultant to several public and private companies and has worked in a variety of industries including: telecommunications, consumer goods, energy, mining, oil & gas, nutraceuticals & pharmaceuticals, and technology.

CFO & Director

Richard is a financial executive with two decades of experience in banking, financial technology (FinTech), mining and public companies. He has held progressive leadership roles at TD Bank, Citibank, Peoples Trust Company, and Vancouver City Savings Credit Union. Richard was CFO at International Battery Metals Corp (formerly Rheingold Exploration Corp.) (IBAT.c $700.0 Million market cap company), a company which he successfully took public on the TSX Venture Exchange and subsequently moved to the CSE.

Director of Corporate Finance

Hugo is Managing Partner of KP Capital and has 23 years of Capital Markets experience. A former Vice President of Canaccord and PI Financial, Hugo has raised over $25 million for growth companies including co founder / investor of IBAT (formerly Rheingold) $700 Million lithium explorer and technology company. Hugo earned a BA in Economics from McGill University.

Director

Mr. Hay has extensive experience providing corporate development services and consultation to both private and public sector clients, particularly those within the lithium industry. Mr. Hay studied at Vancouver Community College, obtaining his Red Seal certification in 2012, while apprenticing and developed a significant interest in the lithium market due to the growing demand in electric vehicles. Mr. Hay has since been working within the automotive industry for the past 10 years before he proceeded with the incorporation and operation of Tech One Lithium Resources Corp. a Latin American Lithium explorer.

P. GEO

Deepak Varshney is a professional geologist and has over 10 years of experience in the capital markets and mineral exploration and development sector. He has developed long-standing relationships with an extensive network of high net worth retail investors, brokers, and private equity groups. Mr. Varshney is the CEO of Castello, a boutique real estate firm that focuses on luxury single-family housing and multi-family developments and is the CEO of Usha Resources and a Director of Xander Resources Inc.

Technical Advisor

Mr. Kuiper is the founder of Ellis Park Media, a GIS and aerial survey company, focused on catering to the resource industry. Studying geography and the Earth Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, Ken gained experience working internationally with several companies and organizations, including the United Nations, MAG Silver (Market Cap $2B), and was a key consultant of several acquired companies, including; West Timmins Mining ($319M), Northern Empire ($150M), Balmoral Resources ($150M), and Corvus Gold ($375M). Ken is currently the CEO of Absolem Health Corp.
